Because we take a strictly limited number of weddings per season (typically no more than 20 to 25 couples annually) to ensure deep personal creative involvement, prime dates (November through March) typically book 6 to 12 months in advance. We recommend reaching out as soon as your venue and dates are finalized.

To lock your dates on our master calendar, we require a 50% advance retainer along with a signed service agreement. 40% is payable 15 days prior to the first event day, and the remaining 10% balance is settled upon delivery of the online high-resolution photo gallery.

For destination celebrations outside Ahmedabad (such as Udaipur, Jaipur, Jodhpur, Goa, Kerala, or international locations), round-trip flights or transit, local airport transfers, and decent hotel accommodation (preferably at or adjacent to the wedding venue) are provided or reimbursed by the client.

If unexpected circumstances arise, we make every effort to accommodate your new dates at no additional penalty, subject to our availability. If the new dates are already booked by another couple, your retainer remains valid for any alternative event or studio session within 12 months.

For a standard 3-day luxury destination wedding (spanning Mehendi, Haldi, Sangeet, Wedding, and Reception), you typically receive 800 to 1,500 meticulously color-corrected, high-resolution master images. Every image delivered is individually hand-graded for skin tones, exposure, and color harmony.

We share an exclusive Social Media Sneak Peek (30-50 curated highlight frames) within 5 to 7 days post-wedding. The complete high-resolution photo gallery is delivered within 4 to 6 weeks. The 4K Cinematic Teaser (3-5 mins) is delivered in 6 to 8 weeks, followed by the Full Wedding Documentary Film (25-45 mins) and handcrafted flush-mount heirloom albums within 10 to 12 weeks.

Yes. While our primary artistic deliverable is the curated, color-graded story, we recognize the historical importance of family archives. We are happy to provide the complete collection of raw unedited camera files and uncut ceremony footage upon request, delivered on a client-provided high-speed SSD.

Our albums are custom-designed hand-bound heirlooms printed on 250gsm archival Fuji Crystal silk/matte paper with lay-flat panoramic binding. Team size is tailored to your guest count and itinerary complexity. A typical destination setup features 5 to 8 specialists: 2 Candid Photographers, 1 Traditional Master Photographer, 2-3 Cinema Operators, 1 Drone Pilot, and a Dedicated Technical Data Assistant.

Absolutely! We encourage you to share your aesthetic inspirations, outfit lookbooks, decor moodboards, and specific VIP family groupings during our pre-production consultation. We study your board to understand your taste while preserving our signature editorial spontaneity.
